kāka-guyha

, mfn. [cf. Pāṇ II 1 33, kākapeyya, q.v.],
concealable by a crow, i.e., newly sprouted; according to
ct. ~ is used to describe any kind of freshly sprouted
grain like barley;
yavan ti desanāsīsamattaṁ. idha
pana sabbam pi jātaṁ uggataṁ sampannaṁ taruṇa-
sassaṁ adhippetaṁ. taṁ hi yadā antopaviṭṭhakā-
kaṁ paṭicchādetuṁ sakkoti tadā guyhatī ti guy-
haṁ, kiṁ gūhati (Be guyhati) kākaṁ iti kākassa
guyhaṁ kākaguyhan ti taṁ vadamānā kākena guy-
havacanassa kāraṇabhūtena guyhan ti vadanti, Ja II
