keyyātha, °kayataṁ, S I 219,15,16 (Pajāpati and
Varuṇa mentioned in the same way as devarāja in
words uttered by
Sakka devānam inda; Spk I 341,20
simply remarks that Ī° (so read) is the fourth; "Sakkena
samāna-vaṇṇo samānâyuko"_ ts.said of Pajāpati,
